For vanilla android mobile phone users, AOSP, you could perform screenshot on your phone screen by pressing the volume down button and the power button at the same time.

Set your mobile data limit (Android users):
You could set mobile data limit under Settings > Data usage. Check the mobile data limit box. You could customize the data usage cycle and set the date that your mobile service provider actually start your billing.
Use Google Chrome:
Google Chrome is considered as the best browser and is used widely for most users. Google Chrome will sync with your Google Account. You can retrieve your bookmarks, tabs and settings by logging in to your Gmail Account.
Battery Usage:
It is obvious that you should turn off your 4G/mobile network connection, wi-fi and GPS.

Most of us were using phones almost every hours or even every minute. Even though some of us realized the health issues implicated when using phones but it seems that nobody would pay much attention to such facts.
- Mobile users are at a higher risk of 2.5 times of having brain tumors than those who doesn't. (Well, who doesn't?)
- Our brain would absorb about 60% of the emitted radiation by a normal cell phone.
